Een ambulance is woensdag 16 april met spoed uitgereden naar Hazerswoude-Rijndijk voor een medisch incident aan de J. P. Heijestraat. De melding werd om 1:43 via het P2000-netwerk verzonden naar een dienstdoende ambulance behorend bij de 112 veiligheidsregio Hollands Midden.
