TILBURG - De dertigers en veertigers van nu stonden als minderjarigen vaak al met een biertje te feesten. Hun kinderen vervelen zich suf in Tilburg. Carnavalspleinen worden afgesloten, tijdens het Levenslied en Hap Stap mochten ze er ook al niet in. En wat brengt de kermis? ,,Je sluit een heel grote groep buiten.’’
