TILBURG - Een fietser en een scooterrijder botsten op de vroege woensdagochtend frontaal tegen elkaar in Tilburg. Beide voertuigen liepen door de klap in de wijk Reeshof schade op: het voorwiel van de elektrische fiets hield er een flinke slag aan over. Dat deelt de wijkagent op Instagram.
