De verkoop van horecapand De Pleats in Burgum leidt tot een juridisch conflict. De gemeente Tytsjerksteradiel verkocht het pand aan Eelke en Geesje Duursma, die er al 27 jaar huurder en uitbater is. Vastgoedbedrijven Elzinga en JEF Holding zijn het daar niet mee eens en stapten naar de rechter.
