‘De strijdwagens van Gideon’ noemt het Israëlische leger de huidige aanval in Gaza. Doel is om Hamas voorgoed uit de Palestijnse kuststrook te verdrijven. Het lijkt erop alsof bijna heel Gaza wordt schoongeveegd. Ook de ruim 2 miljoen gewone burgers moeten vertrekken.
