BERKEL-ENSCHOT - Een 37-jarige man uit Tilburg is wanhopig op zoek naar een manier om zijn boosheid en frustratie te uiten. In de nacht volgt hij een 19-jarige vrouw. Hij rijdt haar met zijn auto bewust aan terwijl zij op de fiets zit. Dat komt hem op een celstraf én tbs met voorwaarden te staan.
