BRABANT - Dat het in Nederland in bepaalde periodes veel regent weten we natuurlijk allang. Maar kijk niet raar op als er in Breda alweer iemand een paraplu openklapt. Breda is uitgeroepen tot natste stad van Noord-Brabant. Ook Tilburg staat in de top 10 steden met de meeste regen.
