TILBURG - De bikkels in Tilburg leven ondanks de hitte gewoon op straat, en dat levert bijzondere taferelen op. De scootmobielbende koelt af in een fontein, in de Vogeltjesbuurt (Broekhoven) zitten ze op de stoep, en bij Hostel Roots zetten ze een zwembadje op. „Wij zitten altijd buiten voor ons huis.”
