TILBURG - De oude iconische boom op het Piusplein is dinsdagmiddag met spoed gekapt. De acacia was in korte tijd zo schuin komen te staan, dat hij om dreigde te vallen richting het plein óf vol op de McDonald’s. „Dit zou erg gevaarlijk worden met straks drieduizend kermisbezoekers op het plein.”
