BERKEL-ENSCHOT/BOXTEL - Een jongeman uit Berkel-Enschot had op 29 oktober 2022 seks met een meisje in haar woning in Boxtel. Hij was 18 jaar oud, zij bijna 14. Een dergelijk leeftijdsverschil van 4,5 jaar was volgens de rechtbank ‘in beginsel’ ongelijkwaardig, maar in dit specifieke geval niet.
