EINDHOVEN – De bouw van zeker 1222 woningen in Eindhoven ligt stil vanwege tijdrovende procedures bij de Raad van State. De hoogste bestuursrechter geeft sinds vorig jaar weliswaar voorrang aan woningbouwprojecten, maar desondanks ligt één plan uit Eindhoven zelfs al bijna twee jaar op de plank.
