Dávid Hancko is een Slowaak die afkomstig is uit de jeugdopleiding van MŠK Žilina. De in 13 december 1997 geboren verdediger speelde in zijn carrière ook voor Fiorentina en Sparta Praag. Hancko is een centrale verdediger en kan ook als linker vleugelverdediger uit de voeten. Hij is 1.88 lang en maakte op 2 oktober 2018 zijn debuut voor het nationale elftal van Slowakije.
